These intuitive guidance sessions involve attuning and attending to areas of challenge in your life. Together, we bring attention and intention to the tensions, unravel them to understand the veiled lessons and gifts, and strategize and implement practices and habits that allow you to more gracefully move through them. My intention and desire is that these practices may serve as light posts to brighten your way back to your true nature, your wisest self, the inner healer inside of you. 
 Through these sessions, you deepen your connection to internal guidance, develop and actualize the support systems in your life that help you move through life in an empowered way, and obtain the lessons and gifts from the learning opportunities that life is presenting. 
 These sessions may include things like body awareness tracking, mindfulness practices, guided visualizations, exploring herbal medicine, guided art practices, communing with plant or elemental allies, energy work, or curated yoga practices.

Cancellation Policy

To cancel or reschedule a one-on-one session, please contact us at least 24 hours in advance. To discuss rescheduling or refunding a course, please contact us at least 3 days in advance of course starting.
