You should receive a link in your confirmation email for us to have a video call (similar to Zoom). If you’d prefer a phone call, we can absolutely do that instead, just respond to the email and let me know.
Cancellation Policy
To cancel or reschedule a one-on-one session, please contact us at least 24 hours in advance. Late rescheduled appointments incur a 10% fee, and late canceled appointments will be charged 50% of session rate. To discuss rescheduling or refunding a course, please contact us at least 3 days in advance of course starting. Please be prepared to be masked for in-person sessions. Thank you!
