About the event
We’ll be tapping into Winter’s medicine of slowness, reflection, and integration.
🕯️ Sufia will lead a process of connecting to our bodies and breath, guide introspection and reflection, and then hold space for shares and reflections.
✨ Please bring a journal, your favorite tea mug, an item to add to the altar (bonus if it's biodegradable), and your sense of curiosity.
Sufia curates earth-honoring QTBIPOC-centered spaces, and welcomes all who are ready to co-create a liberatory environment.

Practice Space is an intimate open studio with floor seating (a couple of chairs are available). Please bring anything that will help you feel comfortable in the space (blanket/mat, cushions). No prior experience of any kind is needed for this event, just bring your curiosity, a sense of self-compassion, and willingness to co-create a liberatory healing space.
