We’ll be exploring Grace-full Pacing - how to gracefully move at your own nature-accountable pace regardless of outside influences (whether that is the pressures of capitalism, the urgency of world, other people’s ideas of you, or just a slow thawing from Winter).

🕯️ Sufia will lead a process of connecting to our bodies and breath, guide introspection and reflection, and then hold space for shares and reflections.

✨ Please come prepared with a journal, your favorite tea/comforting drink, your sense of curiosity, and a candle to light if you have one.
