🍂 Let’s celebrate Fall Equinox together! On September 22, Sufia will curate an intentional space to re-ground into seasonal living and to honor and learn from how nature’s cycles guide our lives. We’ll gather to integrate and celebrate the lessons of Summer and set heart-guided intentions for Fall, while being held by the energies of Water and whichever plants come forth to work with us.

💦 We’ll be connecting to and contemplating the element of Water to learn what it wants to share, likely focusing on the themes of memory, ancestry, and surrender.

💧Sufia will lead a process of connecting to our bodies and breath, guide introspection and reflection, and then hold space for shares and reflections. We'll engage a simple water ritual to bring our intentions into our daily lives.

✨Please bring your own small bowl/cup to hold water for our ritual, a journal, your favorite tea mug, an item to add to the altar (bonus if it's biodegradable), and your sense of curiosity.

Practice Space is an intimate open studio with floor seating (a couple of chairs are available). Please bring anything that will help you feel comfortable in the space (blanket/mat, cushions). No prior experience of any kind is needed for this event, just bring your curiosity, a sense of self-compassion, and willingness to co-create a liberatory healing space. 

Masks and a negative rapid test are a prerequisite for attending in-person.
